We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Success Manager, who will be HO, with multi-level customer-facing ability, to join our growing team in South Africa. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, problem solver with a passion for farming and a drive to succeed. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and ensuring the success of our customers.
Manage day-to-day customer support and technical services.
Drive customer satisfaction and ensure customer success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Identify and resolve customer challenges and issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and resolve customer challenges.
Communicate effectively with customers, both in writing and in person, to build trust and rapport.
At least two years of experience as a customer success and/or Sales manager – Mandatory.
Prior experience on B2B and B2C Customer interaction.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Agriculture, Engineering, Business).
Strong technical and support skills.
Africaans and Native English - Mandatory.
Strong understanding of the farming industry and technology solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage people.
Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
Passionate about growing and professional developing with the company
This position will require frequent travel, and the ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and their own reliable vehicle for business use.
