We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Success Manager, who will be HO, with multi-level customer-facing ability, to join our growing team in South Africa. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, problem solver with a passion for farming and a drive to succeed. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and ensuring the success of our customers.


  • Manage day-to-day customer support and technical services.

  • Drive customer satisfaction and ensure customer success.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Identify and resolve customer challenges and issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and resolve customer challenges.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, both in writing and in person, to build trust and rapport.


  • At least two years of experience as a customer success and/or Sales manager – Mandatory.

  • Prior experience on B2B and B2C Customer interaction.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Agriculture, Engineering, Business).

  • Strong technical and support skills.

  • Africaans and Native English - Mandatory.

  • Strong understanding of the farming industry and technology solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage people.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.

  • Passionate about growing and professional developing with the company

  • This position will require frequent travel, and the ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and their own reliable vehicle for business use.
