FruitSpec is a leading Agtech company specializing in yield inventory management. Our mission is to improve the efficiency and productivity of the farming industry through innovative technology solutions..

We are searching for a South African cape-based B2B Sales Manager, who will be primarily responsible for attracting new business clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual that strives to make a difference.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.).

  • Proactively create and search for new client leads.

  • Manage excellent relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Conduct market analysis (get to know competitors, define efficient sales strategies, adjust the company’s solutions to the local specific requirements, etc.).

  • The Sales Manager will report directly to the CEO and CCO on business and sales and to the COO on all operational aspects.

  • Immediate start.


  • Prior experience in promoting SW/HW integrated solutions - Mandatory.

  • Prior B2B sales experience of at least 4 years - Mandatory.

  • Africans and Native English - Mandatory.

  • Experience in agriculture – Mandatory.

  • Technical experience with agriculture equipment and computers - Advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, management capabilities, independence, and ability to see the big picture.

  • Orderly and accurate work capabilities, Self-work abilities.

  • High computer and technology abilities.

  • Driving license. The Sales Manager is required to be available for often national business travels.

  • Prior experience with CRM, and social media.
