We are searching for a South African cape-based B2B Sales Manager, who will be primarily responsible for attracting new business clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual that strives to make a difference.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.).
Proactively create and search for new client leads.
Manage excellent relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct market analysis (get to know competitors, define efficient sales strategies, adjust the company’s solutions to the local specific requirements, etc.).
The Sales Manager will report directly to the CEO and CCO on business and sales and to the COO on all operational aspects.
Prior experience in promoting SW/HW integrated solutions - Mandatory.
Prior B2B sales experience of at least 4 years - Mandatory.
Africans and Native English - Mandatory.
Experience in agriculture – Mandatory.
Technical experience with agriculture equipment and computers - Advantage.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, management capabilities, independence, and ability to see the big picture.
Orderly and accurate work capabilities, Self-work abilities.
High computer and technology abilities.
Driving license. The Sales Manager is required to be available for often national business travels.
Prior experience with CRM, and social media.
